We may share your Personal Information with service providers to perform tasks on our behalf, including hosting our goal-tracking infrastructure, data analytics, security, payment processing, and identity verification.

Advertising & Local Business Partners

We may share your Personal Information with third-party advertising partners (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) and local business partners (such as accounting firms, fitness centers, or professional consultants) that correspond to the goals you select within the app.

If you select a specific goal (e.g., filing taxes or weight loss), we may utilize context-based advertisements within such goals and share relevant identifiers with local partners to provide you with specialized services and localized advertisements.

Authorized Representatives & Accountability Partners

If you grant access to another individual (such as a spouse, accountability partner, or professional coach), that person can view your progress, goals, and all Personal Information associated with your account. You are responsible for managing and revoking any permissions granted to third-party accountability partners.

In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Change of Control

We may transfer or assign Personal Information, including your goal history and progress records, to an entity that acquires or is merged with us as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of ownership or assets, or other change of control.

We may disclose your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, or governmental request; (ii) enforce our Terms of Service; (iii) detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues; or (iv) protect against harm to our, your, or third parties' rights, property, or safety.

Our Site and Online Services are hosted in the United States. When you voluntarily disclose information about yourself in content you submit to this website through a review or other public posting, this information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by third parties. Please refrain from disclosing personal information on this website that you intend to keep private.

By submitting a review or other public posting, it becomes the property of KeyGoals, and we may reproduce some or all of it in our promotional materials. You also authorize us to disclose your last name, hometown and state, and history with us in connection with the review.

8. Contest and Sweepstakes Entries

We occasionally offer sweepstakes and contests. To participate, we may require you to register and provide personal information such as your name and email address. We will use the information you provide for purposes including administering the sweepstakes and subscription to our newsletter. You should carefully review the Official Rules of any sweepstakes or contest in which you participate.

We maintain reasonable safeguards using industry-standard technology to heighten the security, accuracy, and privacy of any Personal Information we have collected. While we implement these measures, please note that 100% security is not possible, and we cannot guarantee that our security measures will never be defeated or fail.

KeyGoals may assign you a user ID and password when you participate in and access the Online Services. Only you may use your user ID and password. You may not share your credentials with anyone else, and you are solely responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of your credentials.

Our Site and Online Services are not directed to minors, including children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18. By using the Site or Online Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a user under 18, we will attempt to immediately delete that information from our records.

KeyGoals and its affiliates may send you marketing or informational emails. If you prefer not to receive these communications, you may opt-out by following the opt-out prompts on the communications or by contacting us as specified in the Contact Us section below.

Advertisements appearing on the Site and Online Services may be delivered by advertising partners who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your device and compile information to deliver targeted advertisements. See Section 1.3 for further information.

11.3 California Consumer Privacy Rights

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents have the right to request: (a) a list of the categories of Personal Information that KeyGoals has disclosed to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes; and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties.
